Recently, NAATBatt 2026—one of the world’s major events in the new energy industry—was held in the United States. Since entering the U.S. market in 2018, KATOP has upheld a long-term mindset, striving to achieve green, win-win outcomes through technology and services. During the event, Vice President Yan Zhou delivered a keynote outlining three pillars of KATOP’s North American strategy: leveraging the full value-chain synergy of Putailai Group (PTL GROUP), building a fast-response local service network, and creating a communication platform to connect the China–U.S. industry ecosystem. With a foundational capability of “deeper understanding of materials and processes,” KATOP is extending its focus from intelligent equipment to long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

Looking ahead, KATOP will pursue a “dual-track focus” in North America: supporting scaled manufacturing with high-performance mass-production coaters, while accelerating R&D innovation through integrated lab-to-pilot lines. KATOP has already served multiple universities, research institutions, and benchmark companies across North America.

Going forward, KATOP will continue to strengthen local service capabilities and integrate into regional supply-chain ecosystems. By combining innovative products with rapid-response services, KATOP will work with more partners to jointly drive high-quality, sustainable development of the global new energy industry.
