Technological Innovation Transfer Brings New Trends in Industry Development

From November 21st to 23rd, the 2023 High-Tech Lithium Battery Annual Conference was held. Peter Chou, Vice President of KATOP, delivered a speech with the theme "Technological Innovation Transfer Brings New Trends in Industry Development."

Peter Chou expressed that when the technological development of the lithium battery industry reaches a certain stage, it will enter a phase of relatively slow innovation. We should rethink how to lead the lithium battery industry to a broader stage. KATOP's approach is to transfer the advantageous technology from mature industries to the lithium battery industry and introduce KATOP's advanced experience into strategic emerging industries to support the development of new trends in the industry.

Peter Chou stated that technology transfer is not simply moving a technology from one industry to another, in reality, it involves a comprehensive shift in logic, skills, mindset, cognition, and more. As a management term that has emerged in less than 10 years, technology transfer will be an important direction for the future development of KATOP.

In the 2023 High-Tech Golden Ball Awards, KATOP and Putailai jointly won the "2023 Pioneer Award for Overseas Expansion" based on the advantages and influence gained overseas through new technologies. As authoritative awards in the lithium battery industry, it fully reflects the breakthrough achievements of KATOP and Putailai in the development direction and application of new technologies in the lithium battery industry.
