Product Feature

  • This equipment is designed for the slitting process of lithium-ion battery separator membranes.

  • There is a spiral reciprocating edge receiving mechanism, which greatly reduces the operation time of edge unloading and improves the OEE of the equipment.

  • The three cutting methods of upper straight knife, lower straight knife and round knife can be switched with each other.

  • Adapting to different incoming diaphragms, it can be equipped with CCD visual inspection system to detect the width and film surface defects on line, and can easily switch between pressure winding and gap winding, and can be equipped with edge pressing mechanism.
