• Butyl Adhesive Coating Machine

The butyl rubber coating machine is an automated device specifically designed for the application of butyl rubber, primarily used in sealing, bonding, or waterproofing processes. The system  involves pre-treatment such as heating and melting of the rubber compound, flow control via a  plunger pump, motion control of the rotary mechanism and coating valve, and multi-sensor  integration during the coating process to ensure uniformity and high-efficiency application.
